1. Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we offer a FREE delivery service. You can order several models and sizes at once, try them on upon delivery, and choose the option that suits you best.
2. What payment methods are available during delivery?
Just like in our store, during delivery you can pay in cash, by card, or via any electronic wallet.
3. How many days does delivery take?
Deliveries within Yerevan are made within 1 business day. For deliveries to regions, it takes 2–3 business days.
4. Do you deliver outside of Armenia?
Yes, deliveries outside Armenia are carried out through shipping companies.
5. How can I get a permanent discount?
At the time of your first purchase, our staff will register you electronically (no physical card). After registration, you receive a permanent 5% discount on non-discounted models.
Once your total purchases reach 500,000 AMD, your discount increases to 10%.
When your total purchases exceed 1,000,000 AMD, your discount becomes 15% for non-discounted models.

6. Can I return or exchange an order if the size doesn't fit?
Yes, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You can purchase gift cards from any of our branches or choose home delivery.

8. Can I order a model that is currently unavailable on the website?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
However, you can contact our customer service, provide the model and size you're interested in, and we’ll notify you if it becomes available again.
